“How fast can you respond?”

→ We can usually offer next-day and sometimes same-day service. Our team is local, flexible, and ready when you are—especially during peak turns or last-minute evictions.

“What’s your weekend or holiday availability?”

→ We work Monday–Saturday and can schedule outside regular hours as needed. We have five holidays a year. We do not leave you hanging when things get hectic.

“Do you clean or just remove junk?”

→ We can sweep after removal, and can provide a referral to a vetted company for actual cleaning if requested. We leave units easily manageable to make ready for new residents.

“Can you handle stairs or large furniture safely?”

→ Yes. We’re fully trained and insured, bring the right equipment, and are extremely mindful of walls, railings, and flooring. We treat your units like our own homes.

“Do your workers wear uniforms or ID badges?”

→ Every IREP crew member wears a branded uniform and carries ID. Residents and staff can clearly identify us on-site. You can even get a picture of the person scheduled to arrive.

“What if the unit has bed bugs or hoarding conditions?”

→ We are trained and equipped for hoarder cleanouts and pest-affected units. We use protective gear and follow disposal regulations for some biohazards. However, we will not remove things like dead animals or the like. We have stories.

“Do you document what you remove?”

→ We usually take before-and-after photos for every job, especially upon request. This protects you in legal or security disputes and helps with insurance or deposit records. We like to also ask if there’s anything we should NOT remove.

“Is there a service agreement or quality guarantee?”

→ Yes. We provide detailed service agreements with clear expectations, pricing, and protection. We fix any issue—fast—if something’s not right.

💰 PRICING & BUDGET

“How is pricing structured?”

→ We offer transparent pricing based on volume quantity, and labor needs. Get a free estimate and you will know the max amount you will spend. It could be less, but shouldn’t be higher.

Hoarder situations need flexibility because it’s hard to price what we can’t see, but we are honest and transparent every step of the way.

“Can I get bundled or contract pricing?”

→ Yes! We offer discounted rates for multiple units, regular pickups, or flat price contracted services. Ask about our apartment bulk removal program.

“Do you charge more for weekends or rush jobs?”

→ No surge pricing here. We aim to keep pricing consistent, fair, and competitive, even on urgent or weekend needs.

“What are the hidden fees?”

→ We have no hidden fees. All stair access, disassembly, recycling, or fuel costs are quoted upfront. You approve before we begin.

🛡️ LIABILITY, TRUST & SAFETY

“Are you insured and bonded?”

→ Fully. We carry liability, auto, and worker’s comp coverage. You’re protected from start to finish.

“Do you background-check your team?”

→ Yes. All team members are vetted and trained. Safety and professionalism are non-negotiable.

“Will you notify us before and after you arrive?”

→ Absolutely. We text or call when the job is scheduled, when the team is on the way, and after completion. You will get emails too if that information is provided.

“What happens if you find valuables or sensitive info?”

→ We photograph and turn in personal or sensitive items immediately. We’ve returned IDs, cash, and heirlooms many times. We are trusted stewards.

“Can you enter units without an escort?”

→ If you grant us access, we work independently with no need to pull staff off other tasks. We respect your time. We can get keys from the office, lockboxes or from under the outdoor frog decor. Whatever works for you. We have also done jobs where escorts are required.

🌎 ENVIRONMENTAL & COMMUNITY REPUTATION

“Where does the junk go?”

→ We recycle or donate over 70% of what we pick up. We are woman-owned and environmentally focused—our mission is to keep Texas clean. We utilize Austin Resource recovery a lot for recycling. We resell and donate some items to the community through our thrift store, IREP Resale, or drop off at places that take donations nearby. Some places we’ve donated items to: Austin Pets Alive Thrift, St Vincent de Paul Thrift Store, Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center, Habitat for Humanity, Heartening, and many more. We even have people come into the shop to take donation items to their own places of choosing. It’s truly an inspiring community effort.

“Can you clean up by the dumpsters?”

→ Yes! It is a specialty to remove illegally dumped items and can help maintain your dumpster areas weekly, biweekly, or as-needed. Better curb appeal = better leases. We also have referrals for pressure washing.

“Do you work with local nonprofits?”

→ We partner with local charities and support groups. Your cleanouts can help furnish homes for survivors, veterans, and families in transition. Even outside of items, we donated services to nonprofits, and host an annual fundraiser to support two local nonprofits voted nominated and voted on by the community, the Junk ‘N Jam. Some nonprofits we help: ATX KIDS CLUB, Joshua’s Stage, Louder Than Silence, Austin Child Guidance Center, Rework Project, Central Texas Table of Grace, Sammy’s House, and more.

→ Absolutely! We do eviction cleanouts, dumpster refreshes, furniture removal, storm debris, curb appeal prep, even holiday décor pickup. We even offer litter and pet waste pickup for apartments and commercial properties, as well as film shoot and event trash and recycling pickup.
