We provide same-day and next-day estimates on most jobs. Most jobs are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours of estimate approval. For urgent eviction or writ of possession situations, call us directly at (512) 587-2186 and we will do our best to accommodate same-day service.
Can you give me a quote from photos alone?+
Photos give us a helpful ballpark range quickly. We will not finalize pricing from photos alone. At minimum we give you a rough range you can use for budgeting, and our online estimator tool can do the same. The final price is confirmed at a free onsite estimate. No surprises on job day.
Is IREP a better alternative to a dumpster rental?+
Absolutely, and we can also work alongside one. Our box truck and trailer carries up to 900 cubic feet per load, which is 56% more volume than a standard 20-yard dumpster, and our crew does all the loading. For large volume jobs, use a dumpster for easy-load bulk debris and let IREP handle the sorting, donating, and eco-diversion. One call handles the coordination.
Are you on vendor management platforms?+
Yes. We are approved on NetVendor, RealPage, Yardi Vendor Cafe, and other major vendor management platforms. If your property requires a specific platform, reach out and we will confirm our status or get set up. We are also a member of the Austin Apartment Association and will have a booth at the AAA Expo in November at the Palmer Events Center.
Can I get Net-30 billing as a property management company?+
Yes. Net-30 billing is available for qualifying property management accounts. Fill out the estimate form or call our team to get set up. We also offer multi-unit volume discounts for portfolio-level accounts.
Do you provide documentation for every job?+
We take before and after photos on every job and share them with you upon completion. As one of our property manager clients said: "They serve as valuable documentation for us, especially since we can't always personally inspect every vendor's work." We also provide diversion rate reports showing what was recycled, donated, and disposed of.
What is the difference between the trash out estimator and the ready-to-go estimator?+
The trash out estimator is for jobs that require labor: moving, bagging, sorting, disassembling, and clearing an entire property room by room. If everything is already piled together and ready to load, no boxing or bagging needed, then the ready-to-go estimator prices by cubic footage only, without the labor component. It will give you a faster and often lower quote for those situations.

Yes. We have extensive experience with eviction cleanouts and writ of possession situations in Travis County and surrounding areas. We work alongside landlords and constables to clear properties quickly and legally with proper documentation for your records.
